Job Description
The HR Business Analyst, reporting to the Group HR Reporting & Analytics Manager, acts as a consultant / advisor to the HR community & leadership in all HR data & analytics matters. He / she is responsible for translating the HR / business requirement for all HR Reporting & Analytics developments to the development team.
The HR Business Analyst also acts as a project manager for all HR reporting & analytics projects.
What are your key accountabilities?
1. You collect requirements and translate them to the HR Reporting & Analytics development team to create advanced HR analytical tools presenting to management, either in the HRIS (SAP Success Factors), Power BI or other analytical systems and software.
2. You perform analysis to determine the story behind the data and translate this into meaningful insights for the company leadership.
3. You train relevant audiences in the usage of reports and dashboards and their interpretation.
4. You collaborate with various HR functions and Centers of Expertise to achieve business goals.
5. You support the HR and business leaders in the management reporting process.
6. You manage all projects with the HR reporting & analytics scope and ensure communication with the business.
7. You define and align HR processes, applications and data.
Job Requirements
8. You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Statistics.
9. You have at least 3 or more years’ experience within data analysis.
10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing timeline and complexity.
11. Great communication & presentation skills.
12. English – Fluent.
13. Good presentation skills.
14. Experience working with Power BI.
15. Relevant experience with HR informational systems, preferably with Success Factors.
16. Good knowledge and expertise in HR processes.
