What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing insurance operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the insurance department, ensuring smooth execution of policies, claims, and customer service.
2. Building relationships with clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients, providing expert advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
3. Optimizing insurance processes: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Compliance and risk management: Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations and internal standards, while managing and mitigating potential risks.
5. Team leadership and training: Lead and support a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a high standard of service.
6. Reporting and analysis: Analyze insurance data, report on performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management to drive better decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Fluency in French: Strong command of both written and spoken French is essential for effective communication with French-speaking clients and teams.
2. Experience in the insurance industry: At least 3 years of experience in insurance management or a similar role, with a good understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and operations.
3. Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while driving operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities: A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.
5. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
7. Hybrid work flexibility: Willing to work in a hybrid setup, splitting your time between home and the office in Leiria.
