Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Direct contract with the end client Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in technology-driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the ServiceNow platform.Plan, execute, and coordinate activities independently, including guiding junior team members in delivering project outputs using an Agile approach.Manage daily client interactions, transforming business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.Share knowledge within the team, supporting junior members' development.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development (3 or more full project rollouts).Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two of the following areas: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).Why Join?
