Job Description:

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
1. Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their subscription, invoicing, troubleshooting.
2. Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
3. Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
1. You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English.
2. You are already based in Portugal.
3. You are motivated and committed to your work.
4. Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
What’s in it for you?
1. 6 months contract.
2. Work from home position.
3. Working hours: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 21:00 Rotational.
4. Salary package: 895€ gross / month x 14 months + up to 100€ / month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months).
5. Start date: as soon as possible.
