Responsibilities:
* Deliver on agreed KPIs and other targets for the Accounts Receivable Team.
* Weekly analysis and reconciliation of receivables prior to sending statements and ad hoc reports.
* Lead weekly meetings with internal and external customers.
* Follow-up calls related to past due balances.
* Evaluate data quality of AR ledger (SAGA-FAPS-U4F data analysis).
* Follow up and investigation of data quality with internal and external parties.
* Support Customer Integration processes and vin level analysis.
* Execute Cash application journal entries as necessary for account accuracy.
* Process and track refunds.
* Reconcile and clean past due balances over 16 days.
* Review follow-up and resolution of aged balances >180 days.
* P Prepare provisions for loss and Bad Debt as necessary.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of previous experience working in Accounts Receivable, Documentation, or Data Analysis.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate findings.
* Organized and multi-task oriented.
* Assertive and able to push for action when needed.
* Detailed oriented with high level of concentration and process compliance.
* Collaborative problem-solving attitude towards all stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze big data sets.
