Your mission will be…
1. Planning and Organizing:

3. Setting deadlines and achievements
4. Allocating and monitoring resources
5. Ensuring smooth project management
6. Responsible for handling the project's TIME LINE, SCOPE, BUDGET, and QUALITY
7. Communication and Coordination:
8. Effective communication with the team, customers, and other partners
9. Exchanging information and aligning all key participants
10. Ensuring transparent information flow
11. Problem-Solving:
12. Quickly identifying and analyzing problems or errors
13. Developing and implementing solution strategies
14. Proactively communicating problems to customers
15. Team Leadership:
16. Motivating and supporting the team
17. Assigning and monitoring tasks
18. Encouraging team performance
19. Technical Expertise:
20. Demonstrating a good understanding of technical aspects of the project
21. Collaborating with technical experts to solve problems
22. Ensuring technical quality standards are met
23. Controlling and Reporting:
24. Continuously supervising project progress
25. Collecting and analyzing relevant critical metrics
26. Providing regular reports to superiors and customers
We are looking for someone with…
27. Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
28. Several years of experience in project management and/or service management.
29. Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
30. High communication and problem-solving abilities.
31. Good technical understanding and affinity for IT topics.
32. Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus).
33. Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
34. Knowledge of ITIL principles (certifications in ITIL is a plus).
35. Proven presentation & reporting skills.
36. Proactive & Teammate mentality are a must
