IT Support Engineer (.NET and SalesForce)
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analyze incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level agreements and implement permanent fixes.
* Participate in the configuration of support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Previous experience working with specialized support teams.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure, MongoDB, SQL, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, C#, PHP, APIs (APIGEE), and development tools (JIRA, GitHub).
* Problem-solving attitude.
