We are looking for a DORA Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the DORA project, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Coordination
* Plan and oversee the implementation of the DORA project, ensuring alignment between all involved teams.
* Coordinate actions between stakeholders, including technical teams, business teams, and CISOs.
* Monitor the implementation of DORA requirements and report on progress.
* Prepare and participate in Steering Committees and other strategic meetings.
Communication and Reporting
* Ensure clear and effective communication on the project's status through meetings, SharePoint, emails, and other channels.
* Engage stakeholders at all project stages to ensure active participation.
* Provide regular reports to management on compliance levels and project progress.
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
* Strong knowledge of DORA regulation.
* Experience in project management.
* General understanding of IT and cybersecurity, including technical and application architecture.
* Ability to interpret and apply security requirements and assess cybersecurity risks.
Soft Skills
* Proactive and adaptable approach.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
* Attention to detail and critical thinking.
Language Requirements
* English – Advanced (mandatory)
* French – Intermediate/Advanced (nice to have)
