Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
* Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
* Assist with payroll processing.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Portuguese (mandatory). Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
