Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Base Salary: 1,100 gross per month (14 monthly payments)
Performance Bonus: 4% of the annual base salary
Role Overview
As a Health Manager in our Lisbon office, you will act as the main point of contact for policyholders and healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. This is an onsite role, and client interviews are conducted at our Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide assistance and advice to policyholders through phone, email, or mail, and manage benefit settlements.
* Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and efficient responses while meeting performance benchmarks.
* Guide clients on insurance coverage, manage contracts, and oversee premium payments.
* Handle reimbursements, quotes, and updates to contracts or administrative details.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (Bac +2); previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Customer-focused, with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
* Energetic, motivated, and results-driven.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English.
