Reporting locally to the HR service support team leader, the candidate will have strong relationship HRBPs located in Germany.
Description
Preparation of employment contracts, additional and project agreements, termination agreements, terminations
Preparation of certificates and confirmations
Managing and maintaining digital personnel files
Filing of documents with electronic signature
Maintain and update employee records, including personal and employment information, in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations,
Maintain master data in SAP
Oversee the record-keeping process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR documents
Coordination of the personnel formalities during onboarding process
Reviewing job references
Coordination and process of employee requests in ServiceNow
General administrative tasks

Profile
A good level of German (C1) and English are mandatory
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification (also job starters with completed commercial training)
A first experience in HR administrative roles, with a focus on HR Operations is appreciated
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations appreciated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP and Service Now appreciated
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
