Responsibilities:
* Drive ongoing efforts to maximize revenue across all streams within the hotel units.
* Monitor and measure revenue performance in hotels, spas, restaurants, events, and parking facilities against established goals.
* Conduct strategic analysis of competitors and market dynamics.
* Develop revenue management strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and data automation tools.
* Proficiency in English (CEFR B2).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management.
* In-depth knowledge of price positioning, inventory management, distribution, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
* Knowledge of hotel management software: PMS, Channel Manager, and RMS (preferably Ideas G3 RMS).
* Professional background in the hospitality sector.
