Where will you work?
A multinational based in Maia.
What will you do?
* Define a roadmap to process quality improvement.
* Benchmark processes with other countries and regions and define clear guidelines for best practices and make the change happen.
* Create meaningful changes, identifying cost saving and identifying process risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities.
* Review, approve, and communicate in a timely manner, process changes and/or improvements.
* Get the buy-in from the different BU's to change processes.
* Calculate together with FICO process savings and report them in Powersteering.
* Propose and supervise KPIs for the different processes, guaranteeing standard productivity.
* Manage robots that have an interaction with processes and define contingency plans for all scenarios.
Who are we looking for?
* University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or similar.
* Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role (preferably in a multinational service company).
* In-depth knowledge of process and procedure improvement.
* Advanced Excel user.
* Advanced level of spoken and written English.
* Working experience in Audit desirable.
* SAP user desirable.
