What will be your mission? As a Barman/Barmaid, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar service, customer service, beverage preparation and will act as a restaurant/bar ambassador in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do? Carry out the set up of the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant.Manage productions, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks in general, distillates and productions, bar supply.Supervisethe order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, cafeteria or bar) to which he/she is assigned.Welcome customers in the restaurant/cocktail bar and invite them to be seated.Give advice on the different products available in the restaurant/bar, take orders and be able to adapt to different customer requests.Set up/dismantle and clean the tables in the restaurants and in the hotel rooms used for events, congresses and all kinds of events, in accordance with the directives of the person in charge.Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or bar service: setting up, cleaning and dismantling tables.Know perfectly the menus and different products available at the hotel's restaurant.Ensure that the quality standards of the F&B department, referring to the Collection brand, are met and even exceeded. What are we looking for? Professional experience in similar roles.Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in spoken language).Creativity and ability to innovate.Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.Genuine smile.Good looking and sympathy.Customer orientation.Passion for service.Professional attitude.Teamwork.Time flexibility.
