Job Responsibilities:
1. Acts as entrepreneur for the products (CMOS Image Sensors & Optics as final Image Sensor Modules) and develops profitable growth (incl. P&L responsibility and accountability for revenue and design win)
2. Defines a product roadmap as guidance for customers and for internal organizations
3. Leads business development process within product line anticipating market trends
4. Supervises the activities within the program’s projects from product definition, product development and product delivery, ensuring aspects like T2M and profitability are met
5. Owns product lifecycle management according to market and customer needs
6. Drives partner network strategy especially for the Image Sensor Modules business
7. Ensures strong team spirit and close interfaces to R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Sales
8. Drives continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
1. Successfully completed degree in engineering, business, marketing or comparable
2. Several years of experience in the semiconductor industrial/medical/consumer segment with knowhow in semiconductor development and supply chain
3. Knowhow in CIS, micro optics or optical system solutions
4. Strong customer focus with several years of experience in Project Management/ Marketing/ Sales/ Strategy
5. Experience in management of ambiguity and driving results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
6. Flexibility in frequent travel to customer and partner locations or ams OSRAM sites is key aspect of this role
7. Strong sense of responsibility for outcomes, with proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
8. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
