Job Description
We are seeking a Utilities & Sustainability Business Controller for our Global Business Services (GBS) team.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
* Ensure controlling and planning for Utilities at Group level, covering 70% of the role.
* Act as Finance representative in the Multifunctional Team dedicated to Energy.
* Be responsible for Utilities Financial modeling.
* Align with Finance managers and Divisions.
In addition, the successful candidate will spend 30% of their time on Sustainability projects within Facility Management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in Controlling, preferably in the real estate sector.
* Highly developed Business Controlling skills.
* Strong Business modeling capabilities.
* Curious and analytical mindset with ability to question and challenge.
* Deliverable-driven, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to switch between high-level and detailed views.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Understanding of company challenges and processes.
* Accounting background is expected.
* English language proficiency is mandatory.
