We are seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).
The scope involves implementing a new procurement tool with harmonized approval workflows aligned with the Group's expectations. This includes decommissioning existing procurement tools in Hubs by the end of 2025.
The successful candidate will have:
* +3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Project management knowledge/experience.
* Active listening and clear communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to cooperate/teamwork.
* Organizational and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English.
Responsibilities include:
* Project documentation (kick-off document, weekly activity reports, roadmap, workshops, master data, Operational procedures, target definition, roadmap finetuning and adjustments…).
* Project governance (steerco, weekly meetings, meetings document & minutes, sign-off…).
* Data documentation (all templates duly filled-up and updated with expected format, tested, validated with a follow-up to be able to monitor the completion until the end).
* TOM Documentation for the location.
* BAU Team organization, onboarding, training.
* Change management documentation (user guides, test scripts, UAT follow-up ; training plan, communications…).
