This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.
As a Change Manager, you will work for our client—a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the entire lifecycle of changes within your scope, minimizing disruptions to the information system and services delivered by CAGIP.
Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage the change process within the organization.
2. Evaluate change requests and ensure their qualification based on impact and risk.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders such as project managers, operational teams, and clients.
4. Convene and lead Change Approval Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (E-CAB) meetings.
5. Monitor the successful implementation of changes post-deployment.
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
1. Over 3 years of experience in change management.
2. Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
3. Ability to assess technical risks and impacts.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Proficiency in French (C1 level).
