We are currently looking for 3 ServiceNow Developers (m/f/d).
Start: Middle of April 2025/ May 2025
Location: remote and Onsite in Portugal, in Miraflores (flexible)
Residence must be in Portugal
General Responsibilities:
* Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
* Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate the requirements into technical solutions, advising in their area of expertise
* Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
* Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members
* Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
* Assist in the design of the solution to be implemented based on the requirements provided by the product owner/business analyst
* Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services
Project-Specific Requirements:
1 Senior Developer - Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM):
* Implement a portal, workflows, and integrations allowing customers and suppliers to manage access to VT systems
* Experience in ServiceNow ITSM
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs
* 6 months (starting April 15); to be renewed for another 6 months if successful
1 Senior Developer & 1 Junior Developer (minimum 2 years of experience) - Employee Experience (HR):
* Implement Employee Experience portal and use cases using ServiceNow HRSD
* Experience in ServiceNow HRSD (senior developer)
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs (senior developer)
* 6 months (starting May 01); to be renewed for another 6 months if successful
