Duties include, but are not limited to:Strategic Planning responsibilities:Develop a strategic perspective based on a thorough understanding of Promptly and the market, working closely with our executive team and Board.Continuously assess and improve the positioning of our sales offering, pricing and offers that may adapt to Healthcare's changing context.Develop standard methodologies and demonstrate cost efficiencies that can scale across geographies.Business Development responsibilities:Work strategically to ensure every member of our team hits their targets.Design and deliver frequent sales coaching to BDM's and SDR's, to improve cold outreach, pitches, virtual and in-person demonstrations and lead closing.Take a leading hand in pitching and contract negotiations for larger deals.Set, monitor and report accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and goals for the sales team.Manage the sales-side of our CRM, and build on the use of additional tools and software to improve the sales team internally and externally.Partner with Business Marketing for client events, social engagements, and sponsorships based on local market dynamics and broad business knowledge.Represent the Promptly Brand at client summits through public speaking, panel moderation, and keynotes
