Job Summary
The Aftersales Delivery and Performance Manager will oversee the onboarding of our Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon, ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities
* Support and manage New Parts Introduction (NPI) in aftersales.
* Manage industrial flow to optimize efficiency.
* Assist with Customer Order Management.
* Analyze and display performance metrics, including risk mitigation and opportunity management.
* Coordinate reporting with internal suppliers and customers.
* Develop reports for various hierarchies within Airbus Aerostructures and external stakeholders.
* Maintain harmonized and efficient industrial flows.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
* High resilience and assertiveness.
* Strong team and communication skills.
* Fluent English language skills; German is a plus.
* Experience with KPIs and report design.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, and G Suite.
* Familiarity with SAP software.
