Responsibilities

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
5. Document client and candidate interactions, maintaining records to ensure a smooth workflow.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve recruitment goals and improve processes.
7. Continuously seek to enhance the experience for both clients and candidates within the recruitment landscape.
8. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
9. Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or customer service is preferred.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse groups.
11. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
12. Proficiency in using technology and recruitment software is advantageous.
13. A passion for helping others achieve their career goals and a strong commitment to excellent service.
14. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment, with support provided by the company.
