Your New Role With SAP SuccessFactors deployed to over 75,000 employees worldwide, the company's vision is ambitious, and the possibilities are endless. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and significantly impact their growth journey. The implemented modules include Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management, and Succession. Additionally, the company is implementing a Total Workforce Management Solution, which includes WorkForce Software and Fieldglass. You will manage end-to-end project management and rollout of your projects, contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities Manage selected projects, including their risks and deadlines.Gather business requirements to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with HR and other business stakeholders.Implement new functionality by improving existing processes or introducing system support for new processes using HR technology.Manage the full end-to-end implementation, test phases, and any required training.Focus primarily on SAP SuccessFactors from a systems perspective.Work with Local HR teams and our Global IT organization as the main stakeholders, with occasional involvement of external vendors.What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field.Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).What You'll Get in Return You'll join a fast-paced environment and a growing team with a great working spirit in a leading company in its sector.
