Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect, validate, and maintain customer master data in the system.
2. Facilitate efficient, timely, and accurate master data creation and change process.
3. Define, implement, and monitor CMD (Customer Master Data) sanity checks for a smooth operation.
4. Support cross-functional CMD projects.
5. Reporting & analysis in aid of decision-making.
6. Provide CMD relevant training and support to users.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in business operations or sales organizations.
2. Experience with any customer master data is preferred.
3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are required.
4. SAP system knowledge and Salesforce are beneficial.
5. Strong analytical and logical skills, attention to detail combined with hands-on mentality.
6. Team player and able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines.
7. Fluency in English.
