We are looking for a qualified and motivated Web Operations Specialist to join our Digital Team!
Your Mission: Reporting to the Digital Director, you will be responsible for driving the Digital Sales mission together with the Digital Team.
In your role, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and revenue generation across brands.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing the online shopping experience and maximizing conversion rates on our websites.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commerce principles and online customer behaviour.
Drive and contribute to the mission of the Digital team to increase online sales.Regularly update the websites for all Salt's brands (Salt Mobile, Salt Home, Salt B2B, Lidl Connect, Post Mobile, Go Mo) following the commercial roadmap.Ensure that the websites' content across all brands and pages is updated when new content is required from different stakeholders in the company.Carry out end-to-end testing and quality testing on the websites to ensure funnel consistency.Ensure consistency of content across our platforms and the marketing attractivity/sales driven approach of all websites' animation.Deliver and execute on new ideas to improve the customers' experience and customer journeys on our websites, with a customer-oriented approach & communication.Ensure content across all brands, websites & pages is customer-oriented and targeted towards increasing conversion.Carry out testing on the website before new technical rollouts, to ensure that new components or functionalities are working correctly.On request, participate in CMS rollouts to push the newest development to production and validate success.Collaborate closely with our UX/UI design to provide inputs and ideas on how to improve our websites across brands.Together with analytics, build, execute and follow up the improvement plan to fight against any conversion killer & work on continuously improving conversion rate across brands & products.Translate data insights and customer online behaviour into specific actions and improvements to increase conversion rate.Together with the Digital team, contribute to improvements in SEO across all brands, including content creation or technical fixes, among others.Work together and ensure strong collaboration with IT, developers, and marketing team members.What you bring: 2+ years' experience in a similar position, with CMS and content management for websites.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
Drupal would be an asset.A deep knowledge of Digital Marketing and e-commerce environment, with a sales mindset.Proven successful experience in conversion optimisation and digital marketing.Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment and under time pressure.Ability to cooperate and work with many different personalities and stakeholders across different departments.Data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach.Ability to get your hands dirty and step out of the job description to "get things done."Knowledge of agile and experience working in agile are an asset.Mastery in English required.
