Job Description
The selected candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
* Ensure all customer approvals on finishes are signed off and compiled for order filing and record.
* Support internal and external logistic teams with delivery organization, including customs document preparation for customers in 3rd party countries.
* Enter customer orders and follow up with internal customers to confirm orders are acknowledged and delivery schedules are achievable.
* Establish that correct items are ordered and delivered within required timeframes.
* Maintain control of orders from receipt to invoicing and cash collection.
* Inform customers, sales, and project teams if an on-time delivery is at risk and advise on alternatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:
* More than 2 years of experience in a similar function.
* Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
* Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills.
* Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and observational skills.
