Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hebrew support specialist. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required to communicate in Hebrew via phone, email, and chat, and document customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Hebrew (written and verbal) is mandatory;
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above is also required.
- Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible
- Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
Offer:
- Salary (incl. meal allowance): 1750 gross month + performance bonus
