Responsibilities
* Advise departments on collaborative topics, including the Global Intranet, for Azure-hosted and O365 cloud-based SharePoint applications
* Manage requirements and create solution concepts
* Lead or participate in projects for the implementation or further development of technical and functional requirements
* Define administration and governance for collaborative SharePoint-based services in the Microsoft 365 suite and implement necessary tools and reports
* Support the introduction of new services, including handover to Service Desk and Local Technical Service
* Execute user adoption events and training measures
* Manage both 2nd and 3rd level support for collaborative solutions provided by HCL and support the key user community and operational IT organizations with technical expertise
Minimum Requirements
* Successfully completed studies in business informatics, similar disciplines, or equivalent qualifications
* Several years of experience in the technical operation of collaboration platforms, including implementation, rollout, and support
* Continuously updated knowledge in Office 365 services and their future developments
* Experience in implementing functions for data analysis and report generation and several years of experience in the technical management of medium-sized IT projects
* Proficient in translating department-specific requirements into technical concepts and solutions, using agile methodologies
* Technical Knowledge: SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Azure (Infrastructure as a Service), Office 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Stream, PowerApps, Power Automate), PowerShell, PowerBI
* Team player with strong communication and presentation skills as well as analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
* Fluency in English
