Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our firm's international goals.
* Schedule Management: Propose schedule locations and suitable attendee seminars and expeditions.
* Candidate List Maintenance: Maintain a list of potential clients.
* Marketing Efforts: Manage the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reach through portals, websites, press releases & electronic media advertisements.
* Industry Trends: Monitor new marketing trends and industry news to keep our brand at the forefront of architectural innovation.
Content Creation:
* High-Quality Materials: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including print collaterals (brochures, proposals, media advertisements, leaflets, pamphlets, calendars, posters).
* Multimedia Assets: Multimedia marketing assets (video content showcasing, etc).
* Specialized Channels: Specialized marketing channels (professional platform profiles, industry-specific digital platforms, content marketing materials like blog posts, and forums).
* Brand Identity: Manage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging, coordinating with the graphic and communication team.
* Team Management: Manage a team of designers and communication specialists.
* Press Release Development: Oversee press release development and placement, such as interviews, press releases, reports, etc.
* Digital Marketing Strategies: Optimize digital marketing strategies to improve customer experience and effectiveness.
Digital Marketing:
* Social Media Content: Lead content development for social media and the firm's website.
* Performance Metrics: Analyse performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadership.
* Google Analytics: Implement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or equivalent.
* Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years' experience in marketing in a similar industry.
* Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Digital Tools: Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
* Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Cultural Sensitivity: Cultural sensitivity and understanding of global markets.
* Results-Driven Mindset: Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
