Job Summary We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who will lead one of our key accounts. In this role you will maintain strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our full portfolio, developing and driving the execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.
The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal .
You will be traveling 50% of your time to our customers.
What you will do As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Financial Target Delivery: Deliver financial targets for the allocated customer
Customer partnerships: Drive strategic alignment using steps of key account management with the following focus areas:
Build solid understanding of customer's business environment, strategy, financial perf./ value chain & operations Build & cultivate strong understanding, relationship & alignment across all levels of Customer's organization Build & successfully execute account plans securing joint ambitions and actions Amplify customer's voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints systematically driving proactive improvement actions and closing the loop with customers Accelerate Sales Funnel: Drive Sales Play, Nurture opportunities using value books & mobilize right resources based on customer's needs, buying process & opportunity maturity
We believe you have University Degree on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering Excellent Portuguese and English advanced language knowledge and intermediate Spanish knowledge.
