About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
* Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
* Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts within the schedule below):
o Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
o Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
o Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.
* Days off: Two rotative days per week.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
* Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
* Availability to work flexible and rotative shifts.
* Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
