Function:
1. Provide functional and technical support to users;
2. Analyze system logs and identify possible problems with applications;
3. Contribute to preventive maintenance by providing permanent fixes;
4. Prioritize and deliver excellent service, problem solving and problem solving of business teams;
5. Monitoring the service, reporting and continuous improvement of the quality and availability of the service.
Profile:
6. Degree in Computer Science;
7. Mininum 2 years of professional experience in Application Support (L1 and L2 support);
8. Good knowledge in Data Bases (MS SQL, Oracle, among others);
9. Fluency in English;
10. Analysis skill and attention to detail;
11. Good communication, dynamis and proactivity skills;
12. Team work spirit and continuous learning are valued.
