Job Description
1. Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure the adoption of Agile practices by the team.
2. Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, helping organize it to maximize value delivery.
3. Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related.
4. Act as an internal coach for the team, fostering a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices.
5. Monitor team performance metrics, such as productivity and velocity, to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
6. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
7. Scrum Master certified
8. Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
9. Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning.
10. Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including:Automated TestingContinuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)Test-Driven Development (TDD)
11. Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity.
12. Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
13. Ability to support the Product Owner in backlog management to maximize value delivery.
14. Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.
15. Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles.
16. Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
