As the Amazon PPC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's advertising efforts on Amazon, setting performance goals, elaborating PPC strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies across the company's brands, to increase visibility, drive sales, and achieve KPIs.Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to achieve optimal results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align PPC strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon PPC advertising, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative strategies within the team.Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for further optimization.Ensure compliance with Amazon's advertising policies and guidelines, staying informed about any changes or updates in the platform.Qualification requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Amazon PPC advertising.In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC campaign management, including campaign types, targeting options, bid management, and keyword optimization.A proven track record of successfully managing PPC monthly budgets over $50k and delivering strong ROI.Expertise in using the Amazon Advertising platform, analytics tools, and data analysis techniques to measure and improve campaign performance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.Strong understanding of keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting in the context of Amazon PPC advertising.Advanced skills in using Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.Working Hours: The working hours are based on GMT+2 time, but the company is not strict about them. They prioritize task completion over simply clocking in hours. Their approach is flexible, allowing team members to manage their time effectively while ensuring the work gets done.
