The IT Manager plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation while ensuring the continuity and quality of IT services across all operations. This leader will oversee IT infrastructure, office automation, networks, telephony, and systems to ensure optimal performance. They will also champion innovation, process optimization, and the professional development of their team to align IT operations with the company’s strategic goals.
Your Mission:
* Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to adopt and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and ensure the organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
* Define and implement operational processes for the Support department, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
* Manage and oversee all technical infrastructures across the Portugal sites, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize procedures, costs, and performance through innovative technology adoption.
* Guarantee the availability, security, and continuity of IT services to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
* Drive the optimization and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, leveraging automation and modern tools.
* Ensure exceptional quality of service for both internal and external users, fostering strong relationships and trust.
* Act as a bridge between internal and external customers, managing requirements and delivering tailored IT solutions.
* Champion customer satisfaction by aligning IT deliverables with business and client needs.
* Effectively manage the IT operations budget for Portugal, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
* Ensure compliance with group IT standards, processes, and security policies, contributing to the global IT strategy.
* Maintain and monitor KPI dashboards and activity reports to track performance and drive accountability.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in IT management with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation.
* Certifications: ITIL, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent certifications in IT infrastructure and operations.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
* Expertise in project management and delivering complex, scalable IT solutions.
* Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude to tackle challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
* Leadership and people management skills to inspire, mentor, and develop a cohesive team.
* Analytical and strategic thinking to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
