Responsibilities - your mission
As part of IT Internal Controls team, you will be:
* Acting as primary focal point for SAP IT General Controls (ITGC) questions
* Assess and ensure SAP segregation of duty rules, periodic access reviews (when needed), escalation and follow-up of authorizations control breach
* Providing guidance for a risk-based approach on Authorizations
* Supporting projects and organizational change on authorization concept to obtain an overall consistency
* Supporting audits on existing solutions and being proactive to provide evidence and clarification to the requests.
More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the evidences to collect, archive and provide to Auditors (internal and external) and Internal Controls stakeholders.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
* Degree in IT, Engineering or Management
* + 1 year of experience working with SAP Basis or SAP Authorizations
* SAP authorization Knowledge maintenance design of an authorization concept
* Experience in Projects involving systems deployment in the Finance function
* Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase
* IT Audit experience an in-depth understanding of the Oracle and SAP ERP environments
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
* Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
* Customer oriented and team spirit
* Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
* Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Language Skills: English written and spoken (B1 level or +)
Technical skills needed:
* SAP data flows, single and composite roles
* Audit/Internal Controls/Compliance requests
* SoD (Segregation of Duties) concept
* SAP Tcodes: PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SE16; (a plus) SE93, SE01
* SAP S4/HANA, Fiori and BW (also known as BI) systems (ECC is a plus)
* Microsoft Excel/Gsheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and other formulas)
* Change Request Management (ChaRM) tool or similar
