Job Description
The Group Security (GS) Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team at Nokia is hiring an experienced GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Developer to support their risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.
In this role, the IRM Developer will design, implement, and maintain Archer IRM solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient GRC Technology configurations and applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and maintain GS' GRC IRM solutions to support risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.
2. Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
3. Develop Archer IRM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
4. Develop custom objects, data feeds, and data imports to support business needs.
5. Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and customizations.
6. Develop and maintain solutions for risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
7. Align Archer implementations with industry standards and best practices.
8. Help identify issues in the application layer that come with Archer logs.
9. Deal with IT Support and Archer Support to get issues fixed in due time.
10. Be aware of new Archer releases, bug fixes, and collaborate if upgrades are relevant and/or mandatory.
11. Participate in regression testing to ensure that new releases don't bring unexpected issues.
Key Tasks for GRC Solutions & Development
1. Understand what solutions and use cases are licensed to Nokia.
2. Support the implementation of the GRC solutions based on your Archer skills.
3. Take part in clean-up activities and regression testing tooling.
4. Build tools to monitor the GRC Technology/Archer service as needed.
5. Maintain SQL queries and stored procedures as needed.
Key Skills And Experience
Knowledge & Experience
* An advanced degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or equivalent by experience.
* 3+ years of experience in development skills with SQL queries, Powershell, JSON/XML, scripting languages, and Power Automate.
* Certification or ability to obtain Archer IRM certification (Archer 6.14 & higher) or equivalent.
* A good knowledge of Archer use cases, modules, solutions, and core applications.
* Knowledge of any of the following items will be considered a plus:
o Knowledge in administration areas (Archer, MS SQL Server, Windows, IIS, SAML, LDAP, APIs).
o Experience with Agile methodology.
o Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI, etc.).
o Experience with information security concepts at a multinational enterprise.
o Data science techniques, AI, and other enabling technologies.
o Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.

* Being able to prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions.
* Being available out of business hours from time to time and under short notice to address blocking issues in Production, or to execute planned changes that may have to take place in quiet periods of time like weekends.
