This is your world and your opportunity to shape it for the better.Role Description:Highly skilled SAP C4C Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer engagement processes, along with the technical expertise to customize SAP C4C and integrate it seamlessly with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party applications.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud to align with business requirements.Integrate SAP C4C with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and third-party systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define CRM strategies, sales automation, and customer service workflows.Manage lead & opportunity processes, ticketing systems, and field service operations within C4C.Develop and implement business rules, workflows, approvals, and reporting dashboards.Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support post-implementation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP C4C.Required Skills & Qualifications:Functional Expertise in sales, service, and CRM processes within SAP C4C.Integration Knowledge with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and middleware solutions (SAP CPI, OData, REST/SOAP Web Services).Experience in configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP C4C solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
