Worten - Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop the business Iberically, in both Online and Store channels.
2. Monitor market trends in Home, Entertainment, and Culture, and bring innovation into the business.
3. Define category strategy in line with the strategic lines of the Business Unit and Worten, leading multidisciplinary teams informally to implement this strategy.
4. Manage relationships with suppliers (1P) and marketplace sellers (3P), establishing new partnerships.
5. Implement new store openings, selecting and negotiating product ranges for both online and physical stores, meeting customer needs according to market trends.
6. Ensure business profitability according to the defined budget.
7. Ensure sales growth according to the defined strategy.
8. Manage the product life cycle adequately.
Requirements:
1. Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing Management, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
2. Previous experience in Commercial Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
3. Experience in Retail and/or e-commerce. Commercial know-how in Home, Entertainment, or Culture will be valued.
4. Team spirit, collaboration, good communication skills, and interpersonal relationships.
5. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and organization are essential.
6. Autonomy and decision-making ability, innovation, and adaptability.
7. Negotiation skills with different stakeholders (internal and external).
8. Proficiency in English (requirement); ability to hold meetings and negotiate in Spanish will be valued.
9. Results-oriented and goal-driven, with determination, commitment, and resilience.
