Technical Customer Support Specialist
We're seeking a driven and adaptable Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
* Address inquiries related to account setup, verification, login issues, financial concerns, and technical difficulties.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, particularly in the sports industry.
* Respond quickly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
* Build strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
* Maintain high service standards in line with company policies.
* Provide suggestions for process and service improvements.
Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C2 level).
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
* 0-1 year experience in customer support.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow.
