For one of its branches, which is accelerating the path to more reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy, we are recruiting an exceptional Billing Specialist (m/f) fluent in English.

Work Schedule: 40h per week, 8h per day, between 07 am and 06 pm (CET timezone), from Monday to Friday.
What is going to be your mission?
6. CreationofNewAgreementsintheinternalsystem: Review and analyze pertinent contract information to set up the project in multiple systems to establish the customer database and client accounting data;Establish the project payment schedules and coordinate backup documents as required.
7. Creation of new Invoices in the internal system based on Request from the Project Management Team. Need to consider VAT implications;
8. Creation of Intercompany Invoices, tax billing invoices (German statutory/tax requirement), credit notes;
9. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information according to company guidelines;
10. Audit Compliance: Follow established, client accounting practices and adhere to policy. Work with internal and external auditors on project audits.
What do you need to have?
11. 2+ Years of experience working in Accounts Payable/Purchasing system or Accounts Receivables;
12. Fluency in English – at least C1 level;
13. Able to communicate across all levels of internal colleagues/stakeholders;
14. Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and other MS programs;
15. Database software proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce, eFCM and Gecars;
16. Knowledge and/or training in receivables operations;
17. Previous experience with country tax knowledge;
18. Effective oral and written communication skills.6. Self-motivated and able to work independently;
19. Critical attention to detail;
20. Proven strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
21. Must be able to work in the CET timezone.
