Position Summary
A Consumer Engagement Services Nutritionist will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure. Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, and any health issue of the consumers or consumer’s baby.
A day in the life of...
1. Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way;
2. Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods;
3. Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions of the consumers and their children or babies;
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved;
5. Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines;
6. Behave as an ambassador for our brands and products;
7. Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns, if any;
8. Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents;
9. Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making;
10. Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner;
11. Redirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer.
What will make you successful
1. German Native/Near Native;
2. Fluent in English or Portuguese;
3. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or similar;
4. 5-8 years' experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning;
5. Being up to date with all recommendations of relevant Nutrition Institutions (German Society of Nutrition, Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, Federal Center of Nutrition...) and tasks of the Federal Nutrition Strategy of the German Government;
6. Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (steps for baby and diet intake for adult);
7. First experience in customer relations;
8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
9. Capable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely;
10. Attention to details, flexible, and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies.
