Position Summary
A Consumer Engagement Services Nutritionist will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services. You will resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedures. You will offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, and health issues for consumers or their babies.
A day in the life of...
1. Respond to customer queries through phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Provide and clarify information to Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of Nestlé goods.
3. Offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions for consumers and their children or babies.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
5. Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines.
6. Act as an ambassador for our brands and products.
7. Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
8. Gather consumer feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents.
9. Build relationships with market stakeholders, providing information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision-making.
10. Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling are followed appropriately and in a timely manner.
11. Redirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders if unable to provide an answer.
What will make you successful
* German Native/Near Native.
* Fluent in English or Portuguese.
* Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or similar.
* 5-8 years of experience advising clients on food intake choices and meal planning.
* Up to date with recommendations from relevant Nutrition Institutions (e.g., German Society of Nutrition, Federal Institute for Risk Assessment).
* Knowledge of baby and adult nutrition.
* Experience in customer relations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Capable of multi-tasking and working autonomously in a remote environment.
* Attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
