We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager for a project in the banking sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Updating regularly IT risks criteria over time (risk category, owner, impact…)Initiating & supporting the annual review of all IT risksOrganizing with relevant stakeholders the assessment/analysis about identified IT risks (e.g.: impact, mitigation…)Organizing the validation of IT risks assessmentOrganizing the compliance with the BNPP Risk Management processCollecting new risk cards and challenging them with relevant stakeholders (e.g.: mitigation suggested)Gathering feedbacks regarding formalization of risk cards & ongoing mitigation measures from risk ownersFollowing KPI defined in risk cards (mitigation, impact…)Performing a reporting about risks and risks mitigation to the top management, raising alerts if neededParticipating to the Business Line Risk committee to share inputs about risks (risks stored in Risk Register, level of risks, impact…)To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
Expertise in risk management, including the ability to identify, assess, and escalate risks while proposing effective remediation measures.Strong ability to anticipate, analyze, and assess threats, as well as develop risk scenarios.Capability to critically evaluate, challenge, and approve risk-related aspects of new activities, projects, or strategic initiatives.Understanding of audit methodologies, processes, and best practices.Comprehensive understanding of IT ecosystems, major processes, assets, and solutions, along with general knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks, as well as a strong grasp of compliance principles, processes, and regulatory obligations.Full professional mastery of English, both written and spoken.
