Position: Spare Parts Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Your opportunity:
Joining the Spare Parts Administration team, you will accompany our international customers in order to efficiently address their spare parts needs. In that goal, you will execute the quote-to-cash process for Sidel spare parts sales by preparing quotes, managing orders, and other spare parts flow-related activities, always working towards customer satisfaction.
Your Mission:
1. Understand precisely clients' needs and propose adapted offers.
2. Ensure that any unidentified spare parts need is taken into account by the relevant department.
3. Update ERP according to process.
4. Prepare spare parts offers.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers to establish parts lists per equipment.
6. Execute and follow up on administrative and logistics operations necessary to ensure parts shipping.
7. When needed, follow delegated actions (invoice, export documentation, recovery...).
8. Handle customer non-conformities with the help of the relevant departments and participate in the continuous improvement of the service.
9. Ensure the replacement of other Spare Parts Administrators during their absences.
10. May be called upon to fill in or provide support in case of overload on the Retrofit and other Services processes.
