Responsabilities:
As a Customer Experience Navigator, you'll be the pivotal point of contact, transforming inquiries into seamless experiences and resolving any voyage hiccups with grace and efficiency, specifically for our Italian-speaking clientele within the dynamic tourism sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing stellar support in Italian across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with a warm and professional demeanor, tailored to tourism-related inquiries.Mastering the intricacies of our tourism offerings to deliver accurate and insightful information in Italian.Navigating customer concerns in Italian with empathy and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty within the tourism context.Meticulously documenting interactions in our system to ensure a smooth customer journey within their tourism experience.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience for Italian-speaking customers in the tourism sector.Staying abreast of industry trends and product updates within the tourism industry to provide cutting-edge support in Italian.
