We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with ITSM Service Now as a Business Analyst;
* Previous experience with "Employee Center" - Internal User Portal;
* Experience with CMDB, Service Request, Catalog, UX/UI and Change/Incident/Request
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate workshops to harmonize functional needs to accommodate other ITSM tools, such as CMDB, Discovery, Sailpoint, AD, etc.;
* Identify interdependencies with the CSM tool;
* Specify and implement the needs expressed by different entities to transform them into ServiceNow solutions;
* Redesign the internal service request portal presented to employees.
