As a Customer Support Representative, you will:Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications).Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.What We're Looking For:Fluency in German: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level).
