Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday (including public holidays)Working hours: 7 AM – 6 PMAbout The Role Our Content Reviewers in the Detection Team play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and safety of online content. On a daily basis, they conduct visual reviews and assessments of online content related to current affairs, news, and other relevant topics assigned to their specific country/countries. This involves monitoring web pages and social media platforms (e.g., Twitter) and promptly escalating any violations using internal tools. Additionally, agents will keep a vigilant eye on news sources, reporting on daily events and escalating articles that may have an immediate or future impact on Google products.
As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing potentially sensitive online content to ensure a high-quality experience for millions of internet users. Your work will have a direct and significant impact on the quality of our client's social media and advertising products.
Key Responsibilities Synthesize multidimensional information and data sources clearly and concisely for different audiencesInvestigate, analyze, and report on identified trendsDocument all data and research proceduresWork with management to prioritize business and information needsEvaluate, analyze, and conceptualize strategic risks and threats to Google's trust and safetyIdentify emerging trends and forecast new forms of abuseTranslate how global developments could potentially impact Google's users adverselySupport different workflows, products, and markets as required based on business needsProvide primary support for the market and workflow hired for, while also assisting the English marketUse Translation Tools to support other markets and workflows due to business changes or volume fluctuationsRequirements Fluent in Russian (C2 level)Fluent in English (for internal communication and workflow support)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive content with professionalismExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is a plusPrevious experience in content moderation, social media analysis, or trust & safety roles is desirable
