Job Summary
We are hiring a Head of Innovation to lead the development of innovation products, focusing on the development and implementation of new technologies and new products that bring added value to patients and health systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead Tecnimede's technological innovation strategy, focusing on the development of innovative medicines and formulations;
* Identify and suggest new technologies, products and therapeutic areas that can be integrated into the company's portfolio, aligned with the strategy defined by the Board;
* Ensure the implementation of innovation projects, from the ideation phase to implementation, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality;
* Train and develop teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and high performance;
* Ensure that innovation projects are aligned with regulatory and sustainability standards;
* Monitor and report project progress to management, presenting results and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Desired Profile
* Academic training in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related areas;
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in roles related to innovation, R&D, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical technology;
* Proven experience in managing and executing complex projects with the ability to deliver results within deadlines and budgets;
* In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and innovation opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector;
* Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
