We are looking for a Product Security & Privacy Senior Squad Lead with extensive experience in a senior technical leadership position or in the R&D environment, and a robust knowledge of cyber security and privacy fundamentals, for one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical Sector.
SKILLS: Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent field.+5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership position or in the R&D environment.Robust knowledge of cyber security and privacy fundamentals.Experience in stakeholder management on senior management level and a strong economic view is a must.Excellent skills in English, spoken and written.Leadership, delegation & coaching skills, ability to convince and to approach people.Strong flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances, able to cut through complexity and ambiguity to deliver meaningful and valuable results.Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a vision, value proposition and roadmap for a standard opportunity or initiative affecting multiple business areas.Coach initiative squads through all phases of the development/execution and proactively participate in all related activities.Lead the quad team by providing a feeling for their contributions value and impact.Maintain the squad team's backlog/plan, including deliverables and organizational activities, to maximize value creation.Analyze and collect requirements and expectations from stakeholders; identify and resolve concerns or resistance from business or technical stakeholders, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders' expectations.Seek buy-in from business/technical stakeholders and mobilize the organization to contribute and support the initiative and final roll-out across the organization.Create visibility and promote the initiative by informing business/technical stakeholders about progress and achievements.Collect feedback from stakeholders to validate that the squad team's deliverables fulfill their expectations.Coordinate dependencies and resource availability with different contributor groups across the organization.SCHEDULE: 08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible).100% remote position.CONDITIONS: Salary package based on your profile.Permanent Contract.Flexible Retribution Program (medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check).Discounts on gym network (Wellhub).Learning & Development.Our goal is that you are well in every way!
